Job Summary

We are seeking an experiencedย Azure Infrastructure Support Engineerย with 10 years of hands-on experience supporting Azure environments. The role involves Azure infrastructure operations, troubleshooting, automation, documentation, and continuous service improvement in enterprise-scale environments.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provideย L2/L3 operational supportย for Azure infrastructure services across production and non-production environments
  • Manage and supportย Azure Resource Manager (ARM)ย based deployments
  • Provision, monitor, and troubleshootย Azure Virtual Machines (Windows)
  • Administerย Azure Backupย andย Recovery Services Vault, including restore operations and backup health monitoring
  • Manage patching and compliance usingย Azure Update Manager
  • Supportย Azure Migrateย activities including discovery, assessment, and migration support
  • Configure and troubleshootย Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, alerts, and dashboards
  • Supportย Windows Failover Clustersย andย DFS Namespaceย in hybrid environments
  • Manageย Azure Filesย andย Azure File Syncย implementations
