What are some common challenges faced by Senior Azure Database Administrators when migrating on-premises databases to Azure, and how can they be addressed?

Senior Azure Database Administrators often encounter challenges such as compatibility issues between legacy systems and Azure services, data transfer bottlenecks, and ensuring minimal downtime during migration.
