Senior Audio-Visual Support Services Engineer (White Gloves)

5 days onsite in Bridgewater, NJ

Duration: 12 Months +


Senior Audio-Visual Support Services Engineer to provide on-site technical support for video conferencing, projection, display devices, and room control systems across multiple campuses. You will work directly with end users, corporate clients, and third-party integrators to commission rooms, deliver high-touch end-user IT/AV assistance, and support live events.

Responsibilities include maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous AV technology improvements while coordinating with project teams, end-user support groups, and executive stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of enterprise AV and end-user technical support experience.
  • Experience testing, troubleshooting, and resolving complex AV systems and end-user hardware/software issues.
  • Demonstrated capability in providing white-glove end-user support to high-level executives in high-pressure meetings.
  • Proactive in finding issues, gathering end-user feedback, and supporting on-site clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced AV support, end-user assistance, and break-fix for room systems, laptops, and displays.
  • Serve as the primary end-user escalation point for live meeting issues, video conference dial-ins, and platform troubleshooting.
  • Coordinate system testing, commissioning, and escalation of technical issues until fully resolved.
  • Maintain project records, quotes, and BOMs; support documentation, end-user knowledge bases, and site surveys.
  • Oversee AV equipment repair and serve as technical escalation point for internal team members.
  • Provide on-site end-user training, onboarding, and daily support for all room AV technologies.
