Job Title: Corporate Tax Senior Associate

Location: Kansas City, MO (Hybrid – must be in-office minimum 3 days/week; must be in NYC or willing to relocate)

Position Overview

Seeking a Corporate Tax Senior Associate with 2–4 years of progressive tax experience, ideally with public accounting experience in a top 20 accounting firm. The role focuses on tax provision (ASC 740), compliance, and consulting. Candidates must be CPA-eligible or CPA-certified and capable of working in a hybrid environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review tax provisions (ASC 740) and related compliance work

  • Assist with corporate tax compliance and consulting for multi-state/national entities

  • Support tax planning initiatives and analysis

  • Work collaboratively within a team of tax professionals

  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with US GAAP and corporate tax regulations

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

  • CPA certification preferred, or CPA eligible required

  • Tax Provision (ASC 740) experience required

  • 2–4 years of progressive tax experience, ideally in public accounting

  • Strong technical skills in tax compliance and consulting

  • Willingness to work in a hybrid environment (minimum 3 days in-office)

  • Must reside in NYC or be willing to relocate
