Job Description

We are a small consulting services firm seeking a talented and results-driven Marketing Senior Associate to join our team. The Marketing Senior Associate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support revenue growth. The Marketing Manager will work closely with the sales team to develop lead generation campaigns and strategies, and will be responsible for qualifying and nurturing leads to ensure the highest possible conversion rates.

Qualifications

Responsibilities:

  • Execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with the company's business goals and objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and search engines.
  • Create content for marketing collateral, website, and social media platforms that aligns with the company's brand messaging and tone.
  • Work with the sales team to develop lead generation campaigns that support revenue growth.
  • Track ROI to ensure marketing initiatives are effective.
  • Maintain the company website and add or edit pages as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a consulting services or B2B environment.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Bing Analytics, CRM systems and more.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing solutions.
  • Work with the sales team to identify areas for improvement in the lead qualification process and implement changes to improve conversion rates.
  • Hunger to learn new skills and able to pick up skills and concepts quickly.
