Our client, a prominent AmLaw 100 international law firm, is seeking an experienced Real Estate Senior Associate Attorney or Counsel to join its expanding Real Estate Practice Group in DC. This cutting-edge role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated, high-value real estate transactions with a particular focus on data center development across the United States.
Candidate Profile
  • JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
  • Active Bar Admission in the District of Columbia, in good standing
  • 8+ years of substantive experience in complex real estate transactions
  • Demonstrated experience with acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, loan restructurings, and project development
  • Experience representing clients in data center transactions strongly preferred
  • Exceptional drafting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage complex deal components independently while collaborating effectively within a team
  • Collegiality, professionalism, and strong work ethic
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality work on sophisticated matters in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage complex real estate transactions, including acquisitions, financings, leases, and dispositions
  • Advise clients on data center development projects nationwide
