Our Ideal Candidate

We are seeking an experienced Intermediate / Senior Civil Engineer to join our growing Infrastructure team in Saskatchewan. Based in either Regina (preferred) or Saskatoon, you will lead the design and delivery of a diverse range of civil infrastructure projects, including land development, municipal infrastructure, transportation, drainage, and water and wastewater systems.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing technical engineering, project management, client relationships, and mentorship while helping grow Allnorth's presence across Saskatchewan.

A Day in the Life

In this role, you will:

  • Lead the planning, design, and delivery of civil infrastructure projects.
  • Manage projects from proposal through completion, including scope, budget, schedule, and quality.
  • Prepare engineering reports, designs, drawings, specifications, cost estimates, and proposals.
  • Perform technical assessments, site inspections, and engineering reviews.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships while supporting business development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver successful project outcomes.
  • Mentor Engineers-in-Training (EITs) and junior technical staff.
  • Participate in recruitment, performance development, and technical leadership within the team.

What You'll Bring to the Team

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • 8–12+ years of civil engineering experience, preferably within a consulting environment.
  • Registered (or eligible for registration) as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in Saskatchewan.
  • Strong project management and client relationship experience.
  • Experience with municipal infrastructure, land development, roads, drainage, and water/wastewater projects.
  • Experience preparing proposals and supporting business development.
  • Proficiency with Civil 3D and related design software is considered an asset.
  • Experience working with First Nations, Indigenous communities, or rural municipalities is considered an asset.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Valid Saskatchewan Driver's Licence.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally throughout Saskatchewan.
