  1. As the Senior Implementation Specialist, your primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Project Planning and Coordination:


  • Lead the deployment and integration of IT infrastructure components such as servers, networks, storage systems, and cloud solutions.

  • Perform system migrations, upgrades, and installations with minimal disruption to client operations, ensuring a smooth transition.

Technical Implementation:


  • Act as technical lead to oversee the deployment and integration of IT infrastructure components such as servers, networks, storage systems, and cloud solutions.

  • Configure and test hardware and software components to ensure they meet project specifications and client requirements.

  • As the technical lead on projects, manage system migrations, upgrades, and installations, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.



Technical Expertise and Problem Solving:


  • Act as the primary technical expert during the implementation phase, providing advanced troubleshooting and problem resolution.

  • Collaborate with other technical teams and vendors to resolve any complex issues that arise during the implementation.

  • Conduct root cause analysis on technical problems and implement long-term solutions to prevent recurrence.

Quality Assurance and Troubleshooting:


  • Ensure that all implementations adhere to quality standards and best practices, conducting thorough testing and validation.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during implementation, working with team members and vendors as needed.

  • Ensure all implementations meet or exceed quality standards and best practices by conducting rigorous testing and validation processes.

  • Review and verify that all technical components are correctly configured and fully functional before going live.

  • Participate in post-implementation reviews to ensure project success and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Documentation and Reporting:


  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of all implementation activities, including configuration settings, system architectures, technical guides and best practices to support ongoing operations and future implementations.

  • Prepare detailed reports on project progress, outcomes, and any challenges encountered, providing recommendations for future projects.

  • Provide knowledge transfer to client teams and junior staff, ensuring they understand the deployed solutions and can manage them effectively.

Team Leadership and Mentorship:


  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members and the service team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

  • Mentor less experienced colleagues, sharing knowledge and expertise in IT infrastructure and project management.


Client and Stakeholder Management:


  • Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes and customer satisfaction.

  • Serve as the technical liaison to clients during the implementation phase, addressing technical queries and providing updates on progress.

  • Conduct on-site or remote support as needed to ensure successful implementation and address any client concerns.

  • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by delivering solutions that meet their technical needs and expectations

Collaboration with PM and vCIO:


  • Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure that implementation activities align with project timelines and milestones.

  • Collaborate with the vCIO to ensure that the implementation aligns with the strategic objectives and technical requirements outlined in the project proposal.

Continuous Improvement and Innovation:


  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in IT infrastructure and project management.

  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and implement innovative solutions to enhance project delivery and efficiency.

Compliance and Security:


  • Comply with Anchor's regulations, standards, and security protocols.

  • Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to identify and mitigate potential risks associated with infrastructure projects.
