Job description

We are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager, Brand to lead worldwide brand strategy for Amazon Flex. The role owner will help build brand equity by driving overall Amazon Flex awareness, consideration and preference across our global audiences. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a cohesive worldwide brand strategy, including defining our value proposition, developing and executing brand campaigns - both media and creative, and building and maintaining a full suite of approved brand messaging playbooks, and a creative suite to support worldwide marketing teams.

You will focus on working with agencies, including research, design experts, and marketing teams around the world to manage the development of brand playbooks, localization of global campaign materials for regional needs, and creation of new brand content as needed.
Our ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, and a seasoned expert in driving brand led growth for rapidly growing and large scale global businesses. This includes extensive experience in creating brand messaging and visual identities, with a strong brand management or visual design and art direction background.

You will also have a demonstrated ability to use data, brand and performance metrics, and customer insights to inform strategic decisions and measure results. To be successful, you will need to thrive on ambiguity, be able to see the big picture, while also execute on a tactical level. You will also be an effective cross-team collaborator, with the ability to work across multiple creative projects and meet deadlines.


The role contributes directly to multiple leadership visibility goals and you will own brand health measurement, drive innovative programs that move key brand metrics, and partner across Last Mile programs to drive efficiencies of scale. This role requires strong cross-functional leadership, the ability to earn trust and influence across geographies and stakeholder groups, and a passion for building brands at scale.

Key job responsibilities
* Develop and own the worldwide brand strategy framework, including positioning, pillars, and messaging architecture across 9 countries
* Present brand strategy and results to senior leadership; influence decision-making and secure alignment across diverse partner groups
* Ideate and champion bold, innovative programs that move brand metrics at scale
* Build and scale brand programs that drive measurable impact on key brand metrics (awareness, preference, sentiment)
* Develop scalable mechanisms, including programs governing use of GenAI tools, that enable markets to produce high-quality brand content efficiently while maintaining the global creative bar
* Own the End to end creative management from ideation to production. This will include working with internal designers and external agencies to deliver best in class brand creative that has a consistent look and feel


* Own the relationship with the internal creative teams, external creative teams, regional marketing teams and manage creative project workflows across the WW team
* Manage external agency partnerships for brand health tracking, audience research, and creator content programs
* Own brand health tracking, audience research, and measurement frameworks; define KPIs and reporting cadence
* Serve as the brand guardian by reviewing all net new content and messaging to ensure on-brand consistency across markets
* Work at a strategic level to champion bold and creative ideas that will build brand equity of Amazon Flex, and at a tactical level to ensure execution excellence.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with worldwide teams in marketing, communications, product, program, data science, business analytics, legal, and PR teams to create best in class brand strategies, and deliver accurate positioning and storytelling of our program and products.
* Possess a deep understanding of our audience segmentation and lead the market research strategy to identify insights, set and optimize brand goals and targeting strategies.
* Build and execute brand marketing playbooks that are aligned to a global brand framework, regional marketing priorities, local business needs, and available resources.
* Own the goals and performance metrics for campaigns; monitor regularly to understand effectiveness of strategy and creative, making recommendations for improvement to drive perception and engagement, work with local markets to implement framework for market consistency

A Typical day in the life will see you:
-Propose new approaches to improve brand health WW or in priority markets
-Analyze data and trends observed across brand health tracking, organic search volume, social media and external competitor strategies
-Present analysis and opportunities for brand led story-telling, narrative building and driving unique Amazon Flex stories which improve our Brand health
-Evaluate proposals for photoshoots, video shoots and plan output deliverables creatives, campaigns plans, ensuring adherence to Brand guidelines and ability to differentiate ourselves in the market
-Work with external agency partners to plan interventions for key channels like Creators, Brand videos and content creation WW
-Present findings to marketing leaders in WBRs for weekly and monthly trends, and to senior leaders using Monthly Flashes, or Quarterly Business updates
