  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field required
  • Masterโ€™s degree in a related discipline preferred
  • Equivalent combinations of advanced education and directly relevant executive experience may be considered

  • 10โ€“15 years of progressively responsible experience in technology, cybersecurity, innovation, digital transformation, data, or related functions
  • Minimum of seven years in a senior or executive leadership role
  • Demonstrated success leading enterprise technology strategy, cybersecurity, organizational transformation, and complex strategic initiatives
  • Experience developing and managing operating and capital budgets, vendor portfolios, and major technology investments
  • Experience advising executive leadership and Boards on technology strategy, cybersecurity, risk, innovation, and organizational performance
  • Financial services, credit union, banking, or another highly regulated industry experience strongly preferred
