Job Description:

 

L3Harris is seeking a highly skilled and motivated agile software Product Owner to work in a dynamic classified environment supporting a multi-mission program. This role will serve as the key interface between customer stakeholders, program leadership, and internal development teams to ensure software requirements are effectively captured, prioritized, and delivered in alignment with program objectives. 

Essential Functions:

 

  • Manage customer requirements across multiple missions within JIRA
  • Develop and maintain feature delivery plans, roadmaps, and user stories
  • Serve as the direct liaison between IntelliEarth Integrator (IEI) PMO (Program Management Office) technical leadership and the Customers (Program Chief Engineer, gov. customer, and other stakeholders) to ensure alignment on requirement fulfillment
  • Partner with existing IEI PMO leadership to support resource management activities
  • Participate in customer TEMs and internal program meetings as required
  • Support meetings at customer location 2-3 per week

Qualifications:

  • Experience in the full software development lifecycle
  • Experience planning, managing and communicating customer requirements to internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Experience with Agile Software Development, including requirements management in tools such as JIRA
  • Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI or SCI eligibility 

Preferred Additional Skills:

  • Agile certification such as Certified Scrum Product Owner, SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, PMI-ACP, or similar
  • Experience serving in a senior or lead Product Owner capacity on complex software development programs
  • Familiarity with software architecture, DevSecOps, systems engineering processes, and software test/verification methodologies
  • Experience supporting Department of Defense, aerospace, or other government program

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in the state of Florida is $117,000-$218,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. L3Harris also offers a variety of benefits, including health and disability insurance, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, EAP, education assistance, parental leave, paid time off, and company-paid holidays. The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements.
