As a Sr. Application Engineer, you will be part of the Business Technology Solutions department supporting the Information Technology team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

  • Design, configure, and manage core banking, digital banking, and related applications to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Collaborate with business units to analyze, develop, and implement system enhancements that improve user experience and operational efficiency.
  • Lead the deployment, upgrade, and integration of new software applications within established timelines and compliance standards.
  • Mentor junior and mid-level team members, sharing best practices and troubleshooting techniques to foster team growth.
