Our client, a leading global professional services organization, is seeking a Senior Application Engineer to join its Enterprise Technology team. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced application engineer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, supporting business-critical enterprise applications, and partnering with both technical and business teams to deliver innovative technology solutions.


While experience supporting legal technology is a plus, it is not required. We welcome candidates with strong enterprise application engineering experience from any industry.


What You'll Do

  • Configure, administer, and optimize enterprise applications supporting critical business operations.
  • Lead integrations between SaaS applications, cloud platforms, and on-premises systems.
  • Serve as the senior technical escalation point for complex application issues.
  • Manage application upgrades, patching, releases, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Partner with software vendors and internal stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and implement enhancements.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and business teams to ensure application performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
  • Identify opportunities to improve application performance, automation, and the overall user experience.


Qualifications

  • 7+ years of enterprise application engineering or application administration experience.
