Job description

We are seeking a Senior Android Developer with 8+ years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance Android applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Kotlin, Java, and Jetpack Compose, with experience building scalable, user-friendly mobile applications. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and providing technical support to offshore development teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Android applications using Kotlin, Java, and Jetpack Compose.
  • Build scalable, secure, and responsive mobile applications following Android best practices.
  • Develop reusable, maintainable, and well-tested code.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA engineers, and backend developers to deliver new features.
  • Optimize application performance, stability, and user experience.
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party libraries into Android applications.
  • Support application releases, deployments, and production issue resolution.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to offshore development teams as needed.
  • Stay current with Android platform updates and emerging mobile technologies.
