Summary
The Senior Analyst serves as a trusted business partner by providing analytical and operational support to the Head of Corporate Planning & Analysis. This role is responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and analyzing reports and dashboards to monitor the performance of GLOVIS affiliates and business operations. The Senior Analyst delivers actionable insights to support strategic decision-making, operational excellence, financial performance, and continuous process improvement. The position also supports the planning, execution, and follow-up of internal audits and operational reviews to improve efficiency, strengthen financial controls, and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
Compensation
$28/hr - $30.75/hr hourly range. (Subject to Compensation Study Upon Candidate Selection)
Responsibilities
1. Support corporate planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis by preparing reports, financial models, and operational analyses for management.
2. Design, develop, automate, and maintain business intelligence reports, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor the performance of GLOVIS affiliates, business units, and operational functions.
3. Gather, validate, and analyze financial and operational data from multiple systems to provide accurate and timely business insights.
4. Monitor monthly business performance, identify key trends, variances, risks, and opportunities, and recommend improvement actions.
5. Prepare revenue, cost, profitability, labor, and productivity analyses to support operational efficiency and cost optimization initiatives.
6. Support forecast preparation and measure forecast accuracy by analyzing operational volumes, capacity utilization, and business assumptions.
7. Analyze Finished Vehicle logistics operations, historical performance, market trends, customer demand, and sales data to identify growth opportunities and operational improvements.
