Nscale is the GPU cloud engineered for AI. We provide cost-effective, high-performance infrastructure for AI start-ups and large enterprise customers. Nscale enables AI-focused companies to achieve superior results by reducing the complexity of AI development. Our GPU cloud bolsters technical capabilities and directly supports strategic business outcomes, including cost management, rapid innovation, and environmental responsibility.

We thrive on a culture of relentless innovation, ownership, and accountability, where every team member takes pride in their work and drives it with excellence and urgency. As an Nscaler, you'll build trust through openness and transparency, where everyone is inspired to do their best work. If you join our team, you'll be contributing to building the technology that powers the future.

About the Role

We're hiring a Supply Chain Analyst to serve as the primary analytical counterpart to Supply Chain leadership and help ensure the right hardware is in the right place at the right cost.

In this role, you'll sit close to the Supply Chain team, joining their reviews, understanding decisions in context, and delivering the analyses, scorecards, and reports that inform those calls. You'll work directly with Supply Chain stakeholders and partner with the Senior Analytics Engineer to access data from the Foundry analytics layer and identify gaps in coverage early.

This is not a back-office reporting role. Your work matters because it improves decision-making around GPU and hardware procurement, inventory, and vendor performance-and helps the business act with better information, not just more dashboards.

What you'll be doing

Core Analytics Ownership

  • Own GPU procurement analytics that support day-to-day Supply Chain decisions.
  • Maintain vendor scorecards used to assess supplier performance.
  • Track inventory through reporting that gives the team clear operational visibility.

Decision Support Partnership

  • Attend Supply Chain meetings and reviews to understand decisions as they happen.
  • Surface the analytical questions most worth answering based on business context.
  • Flag when data is missing, inconsistent, or incorrect before it affects decisions.

Decision-Ready Communication

  • Build clear memos, tables, and summaries that stakeholders can read and act on without a walkthrough.
  • Translate analysis into structured outputs suited to Supply Chain and C-suite audiences.
  • Present conclusions that go beyond description and help clarify the "so what."

Data Quality and Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with the Senior Analytics Engineer to get the data needed from the Foundry analytics layer.
  • Identify gaps in data coverage early so they can be addressed before they block analysis.
  • Reconcile figures back to source data before sharing them.
  • State assumptions explicitly and verify every data point before it goes out.
KPIs
  • GPU procurement analytics ownership
  • Vendor scorecard accuracy and usability
  • Inventory tracking report reliability
  • Decision-ready analysis delivered for Supply Chain reviews
About You
  • 3-5 years of experience in an analytical role
  • Direct exposure to supply chain, procurement, operations, or a closely related domain
  • Experience working closely with business stakeholders in decision-making settings
  • Strong written communication skills, including clear prose and clean tables or charts
  • Ability to choose the right format for the audience and context
  • Comfort drawing conclusions from data, not just describing what it shows
  • Technical capability to work in Foundry or similar data platforms
  • Working knowledge of SQL or equivalent for data analysis
  • High attention to detail and discipline in validating numbers before sharing them
  • Cross-business exposure across more than one domain is viewed positively
What we can offer you

At Nscale, you'll find a collaborative, supportive, and innovative environment where your contributions spark real impact. We're building something extraordinary, and we want you at the core.

Highly competitive US compensation package (base + bonus + equity), with performance reviews every 12 months.

Join one of the fastest-growing AI infrastructure companies - your chance to directly shape how global AI capacity is planned and deployed.

Expect a dynamic progression plan tailored to your ambitions. Grow by leading critical cross-functional initiatives and shaping capital strategy - always with our full support.

Human-First Flexibility: We treat you as humans first. Our flexible workplace trusts Nscalers to deliver, giving you the autonomy to shape your day around life's moments.

Equal Opportunities Statement

We strongly encourage applications from people of colour, the LGBTQ+ community, people with disabilities, neurodivergent people, parents, carers, and people from lower socio-economic backgrounds.
