The role requires strong collaboration with stakeholders to implement effective business solutions, maintain confidentiality, and uphold ethical practices. The Senior Analyst contributes to a positive work environment by fostering accountability, supporting associate development, and applying data-driven insights to enhance facility operations and customer satisfaction.

What you'll do:
  • Ensure work areas are secured, cleaned, and maintained in compliance with company policies and safety standards.
  • Coordinate merchandise flow by managing distribution from trucks to designated Layout Center areas.
  • Support buyers and suppliers during merchandise setup and review processes, ensuring accurate tracking and documentation.
  • Oversee associate schedules, performance, and training while maintaining confidentiality of personal and payroll information.
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and compliance with service-level agreements and corporate standards.
  • Assist in budget management by validating expenditures, reviewing invoices, and monitoring warranty reimbursements.
  • Provide expert guidance to improve facility operations and support business solutions aligned with customer and company needs.
