Experienced Pest Control Technician – Tampa, FL

Nature Guard Pest Control | Full-Time

Nature Guard is a growing, family-owned pest control company serving South Florida and the Tampa Bay area. We're hiring an experienced technician to join our Tampa team and help us deliver the kind of service that earns long-term customers and referrals.

What You'll Do
  • Perform General Household Pest (GHP) treatments for residential and commercial accounts
  • Inspect properties, identify pest activity, and recommend appropriate treatment plans
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers on your route
  • Keep accurate service records and communicate clearly with the office team
  • Represent Nature Guard professionally — clean truck, clean uniform, on time, every time
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of professional pest control experience
  • GHP knowledge and hands-on experience required. You should be comfortable handling ants, roaches, rodents, spiders, and the full range of Florida household pests independently
  • Termite treatment experience required — liquid treatments and bait system work
  • WDO inspection experience required — able to perform thorough inspections and complete reports
  • Valid Florida Pest Control Employee ID Card (or ability to obtain quickly)
  • Clean driving record and valid Florida driver's license
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor environments year-round
  • Pass background check and drug screening

  • Lawn amp; ornamental experience
