Job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Amazon Brand Manager based in Netherlands.

This is a senior, commercially focused role for an experienced Amazon FBA professional managing high-value Private Label brands.
You will work directly on the strategic side of the business, helping established brands accelerate profitable growth and improve overall performance.
The role combines Amazon marketplace strategy, PPC, organic ranking, catalog management, financial optimization, and hands-on problem solving.
You will analyze complex accounts, identify growth opportunities, build actionable roadmaps, and guide brand owners through execution.
As a trusted strategic advisor, you will lead weekly client discussions while providing proactive day-to-day support and accountability.
The environment is fully remote, fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and highly performance-oriented, with substantial autonomy in how you manage your portfolio.
Your impact will be directly connected to client growth, retention, profitability, and long-term commercial success.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead weekly strategic calls with Amazon brand founders, presenting data-driven growth plans, recommendations, priorities, and progress against agreed milestones.
  • Manage and advise high-value Amazon FBA Private Label accounts, focusing on both revenue growth and profitability.
  • Analyze account performance, customer behavior, marketplace data, and financial metrics to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Develop and execute strategic growth roadmaps covering product launches, PPC, organic ranking, catalog optimization, and overall marketplace performance.
  • Provide proactive daily consulting and problem-solving support through Slack, email, and other communication channels.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex Amazon catalog, advertising, account health, listing, and operational issues quickly and effectively.
  • Optimize PPC and advertising strategies across Amazon Ads, including large monthly advertising budgets.
  • Improve organic visibility through advanced keyword research, product launches, search-frequency-rank drivers, and understanding of Amazon marketplace algorithms.
  • Monitor and optimize key financial drivers including COGS, FBA fees, inventory levels, unit economics, margins, and overall P&L performance.
  • Identify inventory and logistics risks and incorporate forecasting and supply considerations into commercial recommendations.
  • Build trusted, long-term relationships with clients by acting as a proactive strategic partner rather than a task-based account manager.
  • Hold clients and relevant stakeholders accountable for agreed actions and commercial outcomes.
  • Continuously improve consulting playbooks, standard operating procedures, training materials, and internal systems.
  • Contribute to client retention and referral growth by consistently delivering measurable value across managed portfolios.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of commercial Amazon FBA experience with direct responsibility for Private Label brands generating at least $10M in annual revenue.
  • Proven experience managing and optimizing substantial Amazon PPC programs, including advertising budgets of $50,000+ per month.
  • Advanced knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and the ability to navigate complex marketplace, catalog, advertising, and account-health challenges.
  • Strong expertise in organic ranking, including keyword research, product launches, search frequency rank drivers, and Amazon algorithm mechanics.
  • Demonstrated understanding of Amazon economics, including COGS, FBA fees, inventory forecasting, unit economics, margins, and full P&L optimization.
  • Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex catalog issues such as suppressions, listing merges, flat-file problems, and Brand Registry errors.
  • Experience launching and scaling multiple products within competitive Amazon marketplaces.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to turn complex marketplace and financial data into clear commercial recommendations.
  • Excellent verbal and written English, with the ability to communicate confidently with founders and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong client-facing presence, empathy, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly proactive and solutions-oriented, with the ability to take ownership of complex problems and drive them through to resolution.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and client initiatives in a fast-moving environment.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote setting while collaborating closely with a distributed team.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Seller Central, Amazon Ads/PPC/DSP, Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Slack, and project management platforms is expected.
Benefits:
  • $120,000 guaranteed annual base salary during the initial ramp-up period.
  • $250,000-$350,000+ total annual earning potential, with uncapped performance and revenue-share opportunities.
  • Target of at least $17,500 per month once a full client portfolio is established, typically within approximately 120 days for successful consultants.
  • Potential for top performers to earn $300,000+ annually.
  • Direct revenue-share compensation linked to the performance and growth of your client portfolio.
  • Fully remote, full-time position open to professionals based in Germany and other supported markets.
  • High degree of autonomy and ownership over your work and client portfolio.
  • Direct mentorship and collaboration with experienced Amazon entrepreneurs who have built and exited large-scale brands.
  • Fast-paced, transparent, high-performance environment focused on execution, measurable outcomes, and continuous improvement.
  • Opportunity to work with a talented international team of Amazon specialists.
  • Significant opportunity to influence client strategy, business growth, profitability, and long-term success.
  • Potential for increasing compensation as client portfolios grow, retain customers, and generate referrals.
