Now Hiring: Aircraft Mechanic 3

Location: Iuka, MS
Openings: 15 Positions
Pay Rate: $70–$75/hr
Shift Options:
• A Shift: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• B Shift: Monday–Thursday, 5:30 PM – 4:00 AM

We are seeking experienced Aircraft Mechanics to support advanced aerospace manufacturing and aircraft structural assembly operations. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with aircraft maintenance, aerospace manufacturing, military aviation, or mechanical assembly experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
• Perform structural assembly, precision drilling, countersinking, riveting, reaming, and fitting operations
• Align parts using jigs, templates, and fixtures
• Use precision measuring tools including micrometers and calipers
• Perform assembly modifications and quality verification
• Utilize manufacturing systems and shop floor controls
• Support continuous improvement initiatives
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 4 years of experience in aerospace, aviation, military, automotive, manufacturing, maintenance, or hydraulic systems environments
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical specifications
• Experience using power hand tools and precision measuring equipment
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 35 pounds and working in confined spaces
• U.S. Citizenship required
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance and Special Program Access
• Ability to work any shift

Preferred Qualifications:

• Active Secret Security Clearance
• Aerospace manufacturing experience
• Experience working from electronic or written work instructions
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings and assembly procedures
