Four Winds Manor: Who We Are

  • Four Winds Manor is a full service senior living facility offering skilled care, assisted living, rehabilitation, and memory care services. We are nestled outside of Madison, WI in a serene residential are in Verona

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead the Crowd: Facilitate daily group activities, seasonal events, and fun social gatherings.
  • Bring the Energy: Encourage resident participation and keep the fun rolling.
  • Make Personal Connections: Spend quality 1-on-1 time visiting with residents.
  • Get Creative: Help plan events, set up activity rooms, pull supplies, and deck the halls for holidays.
  • Lend a Hand: Assist with resident interviews, volunteer coordination, mail delivery, marketing initiatives, shopping trips, and resident voting.
  • Keep Things Smooth: Handle daily activity documentation, charting, room setup, and cleanup.
  • Be an Extra Eye: Observe participant moods and well-being, sharing any changes with leadership to ensure top-notch care.

What We're Looking For:

  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Public Speaking Skills: Confident and engaging when leading large groups.
  • Communication & Care: Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and professional communication skills.
  • Core Strengths: Dependable, flexible, organized, creative, a great team player, and strong with time management.

Schedule Details:

  • Full-Time: Primarily Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.
  • Flexibility: Occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays depending on the activity calendar.
