What You’ll Do

  • Assist with planning and leading engaging daily activities for residents

  • Help facilitate group programs such as games, arts and crafts, music, exercise, and social events

  • Encourage resident participation while creating a welcoming and inclusive environment

  • Adapt activities to meet the interests, abilities, and needs of individual residents

  • Build meaningful relationships with residents and encourage social interaction
