Senior Accountant Manager – (Real Estate & Yardi Support)

We are seeking an accounting professional to support a large-scale real estate company. These roles will support ongoing client accounting operations and financial processes.

The ideal candidates will have strong accounting fundamentals, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

● Prepare and distribute monthly financial reports in accordance with client deadlines and reporting requirements.

● Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.

● Ensure compliance with established accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.

● Manage cash-related functions and monitor cash balances.

● Initiate, review, and post journal entries.

● Research and resolve accounting discrepancies and financial issues as needed.

● Analyze expenses and prepare monthly accruals based on budgets and forecasts.

● Review accounts payable activity and select invoices for payment processing.

● Conduct monthly general ledger analysis and balance sheet reconciliations.

● Support real estate accounting operations related to Yardi implementation projects.

● Assist with audit requests and prepare supporting financial documentation.

● Collaborate cross-functionally with implementation and support teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and operational continuity.

● Provide timely communication and updates to internal stakeholders and clients.

Qualifications

● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.

● Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts.

● Previous experience in real estate accounting and knowledge of Yardi software

● Excellent analytical, quantitative, and critical reasoning skills.

● High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
