Senior Financial Management Analyst

STAHL Companies provides the Program Management for its Channel of Commercial Technology companies in Government that consist of Small Businesses and New Technology start-ups.
STAHL advocates for policies that can improve government services and maintain our government's competitive advantage, by bringing more technology into government programs.
STAHL Companies advocates on behalf of our nation's innovative, new technology and small businesses looking to work with the U.S. government. We do this by aligning the voice of our small business members with advocacy for change in federal policy that will make the government market more accessible to small businesses and the commercial technology ecosystem.
The Channel's founding Technical Board Members include former government leaders and IT executives passionate about bringing best-of-breed technology to the government.
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Financial Management Analyst to join our team!

Responsibilities:

Provide oversight and management of Contractor personnel. Experience in supporting DoD Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE), with emphasis on program planning and analysis, budget preparation and justification, and funds execution.ย  Demonstrated experience of DoD financial accounting systems. Examples are: Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Program Budget Information System (PBIS), Mechanization of Contract Administration Services System (MOCAS).ย  Demonstrated experience in contract analysis and Earned Value Management (EVM) analysis.ย  Performs a variety of tasks.ย  Leads and directs the work of others.ย 
Qualifications:

Preferred Degree: Bachelor's level degree in any technical or managerial discipline
Minimum Years Experience: Senior
Preferred Years Experience: 10+ years relevant experience in Financial Management or financial/cost analysis.ย  Significant experience in U.S. Navy programs or operations.
Required Specialized Experience:ย  DoD/Navy ACAT I Program
Security Requirements: Secret Clearance
