Responsibilities

The Digital Philanthropy Senior Director provides strategic leadership to define how digital supports top-of-pyramid fundraising engagement. This role translates fundraising strategies for high-value benefactors into a clear experience model, including key moments, engagement pathways, and interaction expectations across the benefactor lifecycle.

Owns strategy for high-value benefactor engagement and leads cross-channel orchestration across web and content platforms, journey and lifecycle engagement capabilities, and personalized outreach channels.
