Job description

Design analog and mixed-signal circuits for CMOS image sensors, including:
  • Pixel arrays and architectures.
  • Column amplifiers.
  • Analog-to-digital converters (ADCs).
  • Bias generators and reference circuits.
 
Circuit simulation and verification, including:
  • Run detailed SPICE simulations.
  • Perform corner analysis and Monte Carlo simulations.
  • Temperature and process variation analysis.
  • Noise analysis and optimization.
 
Layout design and verification, including:
  • Create and optimize analog circuit layouts.
  • Ensure compliance with design rules.
  • Perform parasitic extraction and post-layout simulations.
 
Technical documentation and collaboration, including:
  • Collaborate with digital design, system architecture, and test teams.
  • Participate in design reviews.
  • Support chip verification and validation.
 
Performance optimization, including:
  • Improve sensor parameters like H-banding, noise, linearity, etc.
