The TEC (Technology: BAW, SAW, Packaging, EDA, Si, GaAs) R&D team seeks a motivated Project Design Manager/Engineer who can join our expanding Program Management team and help us manage some of the company's diverse technology development projects. The new program manager will track material movements, update schedules and be the main liaison between all project supporting groups until production release. The position also allows the program manager to suggest, develop and apply enhancements and to establish best practice workflows. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Interface with various groups including design, process, test, quality, and product teams across multiple remote company sites
  • Development and tracking of project schedules
  • Coordination of material movement between fabrications sites and automated reliability testing
  • Data analysis of RF filter test results for failure signature detection
  • Working with a cross functional team of engineers in root cause determination of failure mechanisms
  • Updating project status through internal technology development system
  • Work on improving processes for better efficiency and cycle times

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in electrical or mechanical engineering (Master's Degree preferred) 
  • At least 5+ years' experience in program management with Semiconductor industry experience.  
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as MATLAB, Python, or Visual Basic
  • Lab experience using electronic test equipment and familiarity with RF measurement basics
  • Semiconductor process experience a plus
  • Strong communication skills and experience working with a large team
  • Familiar with schedule/task tracking software such as Wrike, MS Project, or Smartsheet
  • Experience using data analytics software such as Spotfire 
  • Experience with MS Office applications such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word
