About the Role

We are looking for a Wet Etch Process Engineer to join our Boise expansion team. In this role you will start up, develop and optimize processes to improve product quality, drive yield improvements, cut costs, boost productivity and manage risk. Working closely with multiโ€‘functional teams, you will resolve manufacturing line problems and implement solutions that enhance efficiency and yield across the DRAM production line.

Responsibilities
  • Possess strong process area knowledge and DRAM development and manufacturing experience.
  • Collaborate with equipment engineers and integration engineers to identify and resolve productionโ€‘impacting issues.
  • Use projectโ€‘management skills to complete project milestones that close yield, defectivity, production, and cost gaps.
  • Drive improvements across all SPC (statistical process control) charts that you own.
Minimum Required Qualifications
  • MS in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or a BS with 2+ years of semiconductor industry experience as a Wet Etch process owner (vapor etch, dry strip, dry bevel etch & Cu plating in addition to conventional bath and spin processes).
  • Good understanding of Agentic AI or willingness to learn Agentic AI to help develop efficient workflows.

  • Strong understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes and equipment.
  • Excellent analytical and problemโ€‘solving skills, with a meticulous approach.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficient in data science and programming skills.
