Job description

Jireh Semiconductor is seeking a Yield Technician to join their Quality Control team. This position is open to both internal and external candidates. This is a compressed-schedule role on front-end day shift, Sunday - Tuesday, every other Wednesday from 6:15 am - 6:45 pm. May require training on a different shift, including night shift.
Essential Responsibilities:
Support the Fab 24/7 yield monitor program.
  • In-line monitor tagging, reviewing and disposition of lots.
  • Support Etch and diffusion Tool qualifications with product and test monitors.
  • Support special test requests and FCM's
  • Effective communication and follow up with manufacturing plus engineering on dispositions of problem wafers.
  • SEMVision, KLA, Compass and N&K weekly PM's
  • Recipe creation on SEMVision, KLA, Compass and N&K
  • Resolve tool issues that do not require Equipment Engineering.
  • Be able to work independently to achieve personal goals and run C bay yield efficiently.

Requirements:
Ideal candidates for this position would possess the following attributes:
  • AA degree in any discipline preferred
  • 1+ years operating semiconductor tools
  • Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with people one on one and in a team environment.
  • Good basic math and logic skills.
  • Fast and self-directed learner
