Chemroom Operator – Semiconductor Manufacturing

Up to $27.77/hr | Weekly Pay | Paid Training | Full-Time

Ready to start a career in the growing semiconductor industry?

We're hiring Chemroom Operators to join our manufacturing team! This is a hands-on role where you'll clean, refurbish, and prepare precision semiconductor parts using specialized chemical processes and equipment. If you're dependable, safety-focused, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Pay & Schedule

Monday – Friday

  • Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM | $24.15/hr
  • Swing Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM | $26.57/hr
  • Graveyard Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM | $27.77/hr

Graveyard shift candidates will train on Day Shift for the first 4–6 weeks.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Clean, refurbish, and prepare semiconductor manufacturing parts.
  • Load and unload parts into chemical tanks following detailed work instructions.
  • Perform chemical cleaning, etching, and passivation processes.
  • Inspect parts for damage, contamination, and defects before processing.
  • Operate pressure washers, sanders, jitterbugs, hoists, and other production equipment.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Follow strict safety, quality, and production procedures at all times.

What We're Looking For

  • Manufacturing or production experience preferred.
  • Chemical handling or industrial cleaning experience is a plus.
  • Experience in dishwashing, janitorial, cleaning, construction, warehouses, or other physically demanding jobs transfers well into this role.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow detailed work instructions.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and lift up to 40 lbs throughout the shift.

Work Environment

This position is performed in a controlled chemical manufacturing environment where safety is the top priority. Employees must be comfortable working around industrial chemicals and tanks while wearing required PPE.

  • Chemical-resistant boots (Chem Boots)
  • Chemical suit
  • Chemical-resistant gloves
  • Hearing protection (when required)
