The Vice President Business Acquisition for ATF USA is responsible for co-developing and executing the business development strategy with emphasis on pipeline management and leading key account management programs. Works to measure and manage KPIs focusing on ROI, win and capture rates, and efficient expenditure of funds. Develops and maintains global key accounts to optimize service quality, business growth, and customer satisfaction. Manages the Business Acquisition team.

Responsibilities
  1. Drive business development and sales efforts between ATF GBU and USA RBU.
  2. Develop the business acquisition vision and strategy to expand the company’s business.
  3. Execute sales plans, meet business goals, and improve sales performance and customer service.
  4. Identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets through market research and financial analysis.
  5. Oversee negotiations and closing of deals aligned with strategic and financial guidelines.
  6. Lead market research to identify industry trends, opportunities, and threats.
  7. Ensure proper resourcing for successful project and program delivery.
  8. Collaborate with marketing to update collateral and align messaging for proposals and events.
  9. Represent the company at industry events to enhance brand presence.
  10. Manage the business development team, set objectives, review performance, and coach.
  11. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • 20+ years of experience.
Preferred Skills and Experience
  • Experience in Construction and/or Engineering industry.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven customer service commitment and sales success.
  • Negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
