  • Receive, inspect, and log all materials and tool components using the site's inventory management system; verify packing slips, quantities, and delivery schedules.
  • Coordinate with logistics teams, OEM representatives, and install crews to ensure timely, just-in-time delivery of high-value equipment and components.
  • Maintain accurate, auditable inventory records and ensure compliance with cleanroom protocols and ESD-safe handling procedures.
  • Track shipments and backorders; proactively communicate delivery status, tool readiness, and material availability to project leadership.
  • Facilitate pre-installation reviews, readiness checks, and coordination meetings with stakeholders.
  • Monitor daily tool installation progress; identify and help resolve field-level constraints in real time.
  • Support deinstallation, decommissioning, and relocation of existing tools as required.
  • Review and verify installation documentation, redlines, and as-built drawings for accuracy and completeness.
  • Collaborate closely with project management, trades, and vendors to drive safe, efficient, and quality execution.
  • Promote and maintain a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement across all tool and logistics activities.
