An exciting opportunity exists for a college graduate to join our semiconductor foundry team at the Advanced Microelectronics Solutions Department (AMSD) at Raytheon in Andover, MA. AMSD develops, designs, and manufactures compound semiconductor devices, microwave/millimeter-wave integrated circuits, and modules for defense applications. What You Will Do * Work in a cleanroom environment
* Handle GaAs and GaN wafers
* Assist with various lithography, deposition, and etch processes
* Perform and document optical microscope inspections
* Perform scanning electron microscope imaging
* Failure analysis and Data analysis What You Will Learn * Wafer fabrication techniques such as lithography, deposition and etch processes
* Optical and scanning electron microscope imaging techniques
* Data analysis and trouble-shooting techniques Qualifications You Must Have * Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) major. Qualifications We Prefer * High level of intellectual curiosity

This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products. The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
