Job Description
Bosch Home Solutions is seeking an Advanced Coil Machine Setup Operator. This position performs duties working with parts for assembly to specifications and independently set up and operates equipment including fin press, expander press, and hairpin tubing press without technical support.
Key Responsibilities
  • Handle materials to and from workstation
  • Read and interpret Operational Method Sheets (OMS) and job instructions
  • Set up and operate fin press, expander press, and hairpin tubing press independently
  • Prepare workstation and equipment for production
  • Determine need for tool and die care and perform required maintenance
  • Maintain quality standards and perform first and last piece inspections
  • Report material shortages and maintain organized workstation
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience operating machines and/or manufacturing preferred
  • Ability to read OMS and quality specifications
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement support
