Light Assembly Repair Clerk - 2nd Shift

Wichita

Location: USA - Wichita, 3298 S. Turnpike Drive, Bldg 1-338G Division: Solutions

Job Posting Title: Light Assembly Repair Clerk - 2nd Shift

Time Type: Full Time

Compensation: $20.37 an hour with.75 cent shift differential

Schedule: Monday-Friday 1pm-9:30pm

Role Summary: As a Customer Service Employee, you will play a crucial role in maintaining positive customer relationships and ensuring excellent customer service experiences. Your responsibilities include monitoring and upkeep of lineside point of delivery locations throughout campus. The organization, cleanliness, ability to identify parts compliance issues and coordinating with team members to meet customer needs efficiently while upholding the company's standards of customer satisfaction.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Lineside kitting of parts through use of kit carts, kit boxes or any staging structure at the point of delivery areas.
  • Removing parts from vendor packaging at point of delivery areas as needed.
  • Organize all delivered orders specific to customer needs/desire at point of delivery areas.
  • General organization and cleanliness of point of delivery areas, removal of unnecessary items and discarding of trash.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to the Safety Policy and Guidelines to ensure a safe warehouse working environment.
  • Process Knowledge: Develop a good understanding of the delivery process as well as order paperwork information to provide accurate placement/organization as well as feedback to customer inquiries.
  • Customer Communication: Provide communication to the customer and the management team regarding part issues within delivery point areas.
  • Delivery: Utilize designated vehicles to deliver product to the customer, as well as return product to warehouse as needed.

For this position, the expected base pay range is $20.37 $20.37. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
