Sands Insurance Agency is looking for Sales Producers for their multiple agencies, located inside of Sands Chevrolet in the West Valley. Need aggressive self motivators with excellent people skills and good written/verbal communication skills. You will be selling insurance for one of the top names in the industry! And because we'll be working out of a dealership, the leads and opportunities are endless! You'll get top of the line training from proven industry leaders. Competitive pay with incentives, plus full benefits from one of the top auto dealers in the state.

Solicit and write new lines of insurance business.


Follow consistent processes for:
Quoting policies
Lead Follow up
Application completion
Understand and follow underwriting guidelines
Insure all documents are completed and correct
Manage prospecting campaigns
Stay ahead of company/state required training
A full line of products will be offered (property, casualty, life and health). It is imperative you gain a working knowledge of the products you'll be selling. Licensing is a must.  We will assist you in getting licensed if not currently.  Bilingual is preferred but not required. Would prefer a general understanding of the insurance process, but not required. If you have a great attitude, are a self starter, a willingness to succeed and be part of a brand new venture, this may be your career opportunity!
