Job description

The Producer is responsible for generating new business by selling insurance products and cultivating long-term

relationships. This role requires strong sales skills, coverage knowledge, and the ability to educate clients on their protection

needs. This position is hourly plus commission

Key Responsibilities:

Prospect and develop leads through networking and referrals.

Conduct coverage needs analysis and recommend tailored policies.

Quote and sell personal and commercial insurance policies.

Follow up on renewals, leads, and cross-sell opportunities.

Build and retain client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Stay current on carrier offerings and industry trends.

Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with regulations.

Qualifications:

Active insurance license (Property & Casualty, Life & Health preferred).

Proven experience in sales with a goal-driven mindset.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and with a team.

Performance Metrics:

New business applications submitted.

Policy retention and customer satisfaction.

Conversion rate of leads to sales.

Cross-sell and referral activity.



Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00pm with alternating Saturday 10am-3pm
