Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Life Insurance Agent role based in Mesa, AZ. The Life Insurance Agent will meet with prospective and existing clients to assess their needs, explain life insurance options, and recommend suitable products. Daily responsibilities include generating leads, conducting consultations, preparing quotes, and assisting clients with applications and underwriting requirements. The role involves maintaining accurate records, following up on policy renewals, and providing ongoing service and support to policyholders. The Life Insurance Agent will collaborate with colleagues, stay up to date on industry regulations and product changes, and participate in training and outreach activities.
Qualifications
- Strong Insurance Sales and Insurance Brokerage skills, with the ability to identify client needs and present appropriate solutions.
- Solid understanding of Insurance products and Finance concepts to explain policy features, premiums, and long-term impacts clearly.
- Excellent Customer Service skills, including active listening, clear communication, and a client-focused approach.
