Ideal candidates are patient, dependable, and passionate about working with children of diverse learning needs.CLIENT'S LOCATIONSchools are located in South Holland DESCRIPTION OF CLIENT'S DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES * Provide classroom support under the direction of the lead teacher * Assist students with academic tasks, assignments, and instructional activities * Support students with behavioral management and social development * Work one-on-one or in small groups to reinforce learning concepts * Help maintain a safe, structured, and positive classroom environment * Assist with daily routines, transitions, and supervision (e.g., lunch, recess) * Document student progress and communicate effectively with staff CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE* Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting preferred * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to follow direction and work collaboratively with school staff * Patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude * Experience supporting students with special needs is a plus * Minimum education requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent (associates or higher preferred)DTG ADVANTAGES* Establish a relationship with one of the nation's largest referral agencies for behavioral-health.* Compensation processed weekly* Increase or decrease your schedule at your discretion: choose opportunities that best fit your schedule* Accessibility to grow professionally.
