Position: Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: Winston-Salem, North Carolina
Job Type: Full-time

About the Role

We are seeking experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join the clinical team at Willow Valley Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, resident-centered care while serving as a clinical leader within a supportive, team-focused environment. What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized resident care plans

  • Administer medications (oral, subcutaneous, and IV) and accurately document all treatments and responses

  • Provide direct bedside care for a variety of medical conditions, including pre- and post-surgical residents

  • Monitor residents and manage specialized medical equipment while interpreting clinical data and electronic outputs

  • Respond promptly to changes in resident condition and initiate appropriate clinical interventions

  • Perform wound care, catheter insertion, specimen collection, and other ordered nursing procedures

  • Educate residents and families regarding treatments, procedures, and ongoing care needs

  • Maintain accurate, timely, and complete clinical documentation

  • Participate in discharge planning and continuity of care coordination

  • Current CPR and First Aid certification
