Job Description
HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services is currently seeking a CRNA that is ready to practice top of license and join the dynamic team at HCA Florida Bayonet Point Hospital. Bayonet Point is a Level II Trauma Center located just north of Tampa on the West Coast of FL. This is cohesive and stable team has grown together over the past 3 years under outstanding Clinical leadership and is thriving as a part of the HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services hospital-employed model.
Highlight of Opportunity/Qualified Candidates:
• Staffing model of 10 Anesthesiologists (6 Gen and 3 Cardiac) and 22 CRNAs covering 11 Sites of Service including EP Lab, Cath Lab and Endo.
• Annual volume approx. 9,000 cases.
• Diverse mix of cases including, General Surgery, Trauma, Cardiac, heavy Ortho, Endo, Neuro, Spine, Vascular, Bariatric, Robotics, etc.
• No OB. No Peds.
• Shift model. Including 8s, 10s, 12s. One weekend day shift every 4-6 weeks. Can be part of regular 40 hours or picked up at premium pay.
• CRNAs are able to perform Peripheral Nerve Blocks, do own lines and airway management with demonstrated proficiency.
Incentive/Benefits Package:
• Excellent base salary with additional $40K in stipends for Trauma and geographic location
• $75K Start date bonus and $10K relocation assistance available.
• Premium pay rate if clinician works past scheduled shift calculated on a daily basis. Premium rate also applies if CRNA chooses to pick up an extra shift.
• 8 weeks Time Away from Practice frontloaded- not accrued.
• Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, Long-term/short-term disability, Life insurance, FSA and more!
• 401(k) with Company match starting at 3% and increasing with years of service
• 100% paid professional liability insurance. Occurrence-based. No tail required.
