Well established CPA firm seeks Senior Accountant to join their growing practice.

Aligned Solutions is seeking a Tax Accountant for a well-respected company. This is a wonderful opportunity to join a relaxed, friendly, positive work environment. Responsibilities Include:

· Collect tax documents and prepare Individual tax returns

· Communicate clearly and effectively with clients - email and on the phone

· Obtain or access client's QuickBooks Files, and make necessary changes/adjustments

· Contact IRS and State agencies on behalf of clients

· Tax Planning for self-employed business owners

· Navigate multiple software applications

· Get clients' payroll info and prepare quarterly & year-end P/R taxes

· Make adjusting journal entries and prepare year end financials

· Assist clients with QuickBooks and cleaning up their financials
