Job description

Looking for an experienced ophthalmic technician that has experience in a progressive private eye care practice. Employee must have excellent customer service skills and be passionate about eye care. Duties will pretesting of patient using automated instruments , along with obtaining medical history and scribing with EMR software and advanced medical testing. Technician must also have a basic knowledge of frame adjustments and repairs and be familiar with vision and medical insurance. Employee must be a self starter, and be able to work in a team environment.

We are a progressive eyecare practice that does primary eyecare with examinations for eyeglasses, contact lenses and diagnosis and medical treatment for; red eyes, dry eyes, eye infections, glaucoma, diabetes, orthokeratology, myopia management and surgical co-management of Lasik and cataract surgery. We also have a boutique optical with quality eyewear and lenses providing an exceptional eyecare experience.
