Position overview:
We are seeking skilled and dependable Commercial Handyman Contractors to support ongoing maintenance and repair tasks across our commercial properties. This is a 1099 contractor position-ideal for self-employed professionals or small teams offering multi-trade services. You must be equipped, insured, and capable of working independently while delivering high-quality workmanship.
Responsibilities:
  • Performgeneral repairs and maintenance in commercial settings, includingelectrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, carpentry, door hardware, andminor HVAC.
  • Completeassigned work orders on time and communicate job status with the office orproperty manager.
  • Inspectbuildings and facilities to identify maintenance needs.
  • Maintaina clean, safe, and professional work environment.
  • Provideyour own tools, transportation, and smartphone for job documentation andcommunication.

Requirements
  • Minimum2 years of experience in commercial handyman or general contracting work.
