As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Marshal in Atlanta, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic tech location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and support access control and badge processes. You will deliver outstanding customer service and communication while contributing to a caring, agile, and reliable team that puts people first and acts with integrity every day.

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office areas, lobbies, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in a professional manner, following location protocols for entry, escort requirements, and/or credential verification.
• Support a professional environment at a technology-focused location by reporting maintenance, environmental, and/or policy-related concerns that may affect daily operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of law enforcement experience or at least 2 years of security supervisor/manager experience or at least 3 years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
