Build| maintain| and operate prototype and production equipment
Support installation| startup| debugging| and validation of new products and equipment
Collaborate with suppliers and operations to ensure equipment meets specifications and transitions smoothly to production
Maintain detailed documentation including test results| SOPs| and component specifications
Provide training and onboarding support for testing and process personnel
Manage equipment and component inventory and procurement to ensure timely delivery
Support process development and qualification for components| assembly processes| and software-driven system
