Company Description- BW Electric provides specialized electrical services directly to homeowners and commerical/residential properties. This independent setup allows for flexible scheduling, personalized customer service, and hands-on management of each project from start to finish. Work typically includes installations, repairs, upgrades, and safety inspections tailored to the needs of local clients. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Residential Electrician role based in Southeastern, WI. The Residential Electrician will install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, including wiring, outlets, lighting, circuit breakers, and panels in homes and small residential buildings. Daily responsibilities include diagnosing electrical issues, performing safety inspections, ensuring work complies with local codes and regulations, and documenting work performed. The role involves reading and interpreting blueprints, collaborating with homeowners to explain options and costs, ordering necessary materials, and maintaining a clean and safe work area. The Residential Electrician will also schedule jobs, manage time and resources efficiently, and provide reliable, professional service to all clients.

Qualifications
