Job description

Bathroom Installer

We are looking for a highly skilled Bathroom Installer to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient installation of various shower systems in customersโ€™ homes. Salaried and Self-Employed options available.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide your own transportation, tools, experience, and labor to install shower systems at customer residences.

  • Pick up materials from the warehouse and supply house the day before each project begins.

  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized worksite.

  • Perform routine preventive maintenance as needed.

  • Perform follow-up repairs/ punch items as needed.

  • Document all work performed, including before, during, and after photos.

  • Complete other related tasks as assigned, including light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, and painting work.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in bathroom or shower installation, with a strong emphasis on quality and craftsmanship.

  • Dependable with a reliable work vehicle - truck required, trailer suggested.

  • Proficient in using installation tools and equipment.

  • Physically able to perform the demands of the job.

  • Strong teamwork and customer service skills.

  • Excellent communication and ability to coordinate with the project manager multiple times per day.

  • Must provide references for related work.

  • Must pass a background check - Mandatory.
