HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT:

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to support better and efficient decision making for the business. This role requires a combination of business acumen, technical skills, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in building and maintaining complex dashboards using BI tools used by the company and working with large retail datasets. This role will partner closely with business leaders in Canada as pricing, assortment, planning, and allocation capabilities are implemented and improved.


Planning Operations and Reporting (80%)

- Design, develop and maintain reporting and act as a Tableau expert to create complex dashboards, standardized reports and self-service reporting solutions.

- Perform data validation, quality assurance, and troubleshooting to ensure accuracy and consistency across reports.

- Write and maintain SQL queries for advanced data analysis and data manipulation when needed.

- Provide ad hoc reporting to the Planning & Allocation team as needed.

- Supports teams with training on Tableau (or any other BI Tool adopted for reporting) and training material.


Relationship Management and Collaboration (20%)

- Develop a strong collaboration with the corporate BI team for any added support.

- Partners with cross-functional project leads and monitor project timeline at times in partnerships with different functions.

- Support Retail senior leadership team with data, insights, and presentation materials on future capabilities and project status updates when required for larger projects, work closely with outside parties to implement solutions.


WE'D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF: Must have:

- 2-3 Years of Experience in a Data Analyst role.

- Advanced knowledge and proficiency in Tableau.

- Strong SQL skills for querying large data sets.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred skills and experience:

- Degree or Diploma in Data Analytics or related field or equivalent work experience.

- Exposure to Retail Planning, KPIs and fundamentals.
