- Automation Framework Development & Maintenance (25%): Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and reusable automated test frameworks and tools. Lead efforts to enhance existing automation infrastructure and introduce new technologies as needed.
- Test Strategy & Planning (20%): Collaborate with development, product owners, and Test Engineering Managers to define test strategies, establish test automation coverage goals, and advocate for quality initiatives. Develop and review test plans, automation approaches, and data strategies.
- Hands-on SDET Work (15%): Contribute to the development of automated test scripts, database verification, and data-driven tests. Participate in code reviews and ensure the quality of automated test code.
- Process Improvement & Standards (10%): Champion continuous process improvement initiatives related to test automation. Develop and maintain standards for automation code, documentation, and testing practices. Provide regular status updates and presentations to stakeholders.
