We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Specialist, Client Processing to join our Conventional Trust Client Platform team. This role is located in Pittsburgh.
Responsibilities:
- Design, document, and execute User Acceptance Test (UAT) scenarios and scripts to validate business requirements.
- Drive Subject Matter Expert (SME) and engineering engagements to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and end users to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
- Track, report, and escalate tasks & defects using JIRA, ensuring timely resolution and communication.
- Lead UAT meetings, manage stakeholder communications, and escalate risks or issues as needed.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and compliance requirements.
- Lais with Test Automation to derive E2E test cases and help team automate those.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, or related field required
- 3-5 years of experience in UAT, software testing, or business analysis
- Minimum 1 years of experience with QA Automation using Selenium / Java Web Automation Testing, APIs, Message Queues, Mainframe, DBs
- Previous UAT experience preferred
- Proven ability to work in cross functional initiatives with ability to scope out the work and create roadmaps
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and escalation skills
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA).
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with SMEs.
- Proficient in using test automation tools like Selenium WebDriver, Rest Assured, TestNG and Cucumber
- Proficient in SQL Queries and ability to work with Databases
Tools
- Proficiency in JIRA for defect tracking and test management.
- Familiarity with Agile project management tools and methodologies.
- Experience with other test management tools is a plus.
