To thrive as a Selenium Automation Engineer, you need a strong understanding of test automation frameworks, proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#, and experience with Selenium WebDriver. Familiarity with CI/CD tools (like Jenkins), test management systems (such as JIRA or TestRail), and version control platforms (like Git) is typically required.
