MemorialCare Medical Group is seeking a dedicated and skilled Gynecologic Oncologist to join our oncology team at MemorialCare Cancer Institute Women's Surgery & Oncology - Laguna Hills and Fountain Valley.

Practice Details

  • Full-time employment opportunity with MemorialCare Medical Group
  • Foundation model with streamlined, centralized services (e.g., marketing, legal, IT, business development, human resources, finance)
  • Epic electronic medical records system

Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial patient consultations, in both inpatient and office settings
  • Perform gyn oncology surgeries, providing pre/post-surgery oversight
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including gynecologists, oncologists, urologists, general surgeons, and primary care physicians
  • Facilitate patient access to medical care through appropriate referrals
  • Foster collaborative relationships with referring providers and contribute to the further development of the service line

Qualifications

  • Board-certified (or eligible) in Obstetrics and Gynecology
  • Completion of a board-approved fellowship program in Gynecologic Oncology
  • Robotic training and experience
  • Eligible for an unrestricted California medical license
  • DEA, BLS/ACLS
  • Epic EMR experience is a plus
